Simon Tusha is a skilled entrepreneur with experience in technology, real estate, consulting, sales, design, and negotiation.

Across his career in real estate and technology, Simon Tusha has developed more than 150 data center projects totaling more than five million square feet of space. In 2011, Simon Tusha founded True Data Centers, LLC, offering major data center providers unparalleled management and sales expertise and design assistance in the construction of large data center assets. He is currently operating as the business’s CTO and has worked with clients including IBM, InfoMart, and Digital Realty Trust. He currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland, where he continues to develop his professional skills and entrepreneurial talents in several roles.

Simon Tusha also spent time working as a consultant, offering services that included planning, designing, constructing, commissioning, and operations for data center environments, offering professional insights and advice on whether to lease a center or build your own. He later worked as a Project Manager for CS Technology, managing data center design and build projects. He also owned Mission Critical Enterprises, Inc. for more than six years, which he grew from a single person operation to more than 400 staff and contract employees.
Perhaps most notably in his career, Simon Tusha spent time with Google as a Strategic Negotiator, responsible for negotiating all types of contracts with numerous vendors; he also served as the Director of Data Centre Projects Program for British Petroleum, where he created an integrated approach to all server and infrastructure transitions in line with the strategy of the corporation.
Outside of data technology, Simon has also been a Commercial Real Estate Specialist with Keller Williams Realty since June 2018.
As a professional, Simon Tusha has amassed specialization and expertise in multiple areas, including mergers and acquisitions, land development, security, real estate transitions and representatives, telecommunications, vendor management, both strategic data center planning and migration, disaster recovery, aperture, contract negotiations, and data center resource management among more than a dozen other areas.
Simon attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he earned his degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering through Air Force ROTC Detachment 157. From there, he successfully completed his Project Management Professional Coursework at the Project Management Institute.
Outside of his accomplished career, Simon Tusha is also an active philanthropist who has created multiple foundations and is involved in multiple others. He founded both the conservationist group Chesapeake Renaissance and the Ocean Saviors, and he has previously been a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
